If you’re not entirely happy with your item, we’re here to help with our straightforward returns and exchange process.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item(s). Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:
- Candles (once used or burned)
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners & Accessories (once opened)
- Personal care items
Please note: This does not affect your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning your item.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to the address provided in your instructions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this when you contact us. We will process the exchange once we receive the returned item. If the exchange item costs more than the original, you will need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the damaged item.
