Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): This service costs $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it has been shipped.
- Free Shipping (EMS): For all orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. Delivery will occur within 15-25 business days after shipping.
All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Transit times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchange process within 15 days of you receiving your item(s).
Non-Returnable Items
For the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once they have been used or opened:
- Candles (once used or burned)
- Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners & Accessories (once opened)
- Personal care items

Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Returned within 15 days of delivery.
- In its original, unused, and unwashed condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for your return.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the Package: Send your package to the return address provided in your instructions. Do not ship returns to our corporate address.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable for returns that are not due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
